Aquinas dismiss Presec to set a date with Adisadel and Prempeh in final

The 2003 champions have made it to the finals of the 2017 National Science and Maths quiz, after dismantling Presec and Kumasi High School in the semi-finals.

St. Thomas Aquinas booked a place in the final of the 2017 National Science and Maths quiz after seeing off Presby Boys and Kumasi High School in a semi-finals contest on Monday.

St. Thomas who have been tagged as one of the favourites to clinch this year's contest hit the ground running by finishing on top of round one and maintained their lead till they finished the final round as the best among the three schools.

Aquinas amassed 52 points as against 39 points by Presec and Kumasi High School with 28 points.

Defending champions Adisadel College, champions of the competition two years back, Prempeh College and St. Thomas Aquinas are the finalists for this year's contest.
